We select the most promising candidates with the best test scores and put them through a rigorous tutor training process focused on developing 1-on-1 teaching skills. Tutors emerge with the confidence and technical ability to deliver high-quality, question based USMLE tutoring sessions using the company’s curriculum and processes. This creates a uniformly excellent product for students no matter who you work with.

For us to be of much further assistance we begin with a complimentary phone consult. The complimentary phone consult generally lasts 20-30 minutes, and it allows our Client Team to get to know your circumstances more clearly and answer any questions you may have so we can match you with the best possible tutor for your goals and needs. Once you've had your consult, we'll send you our tutor recommendation (including information about your tutor's exam scores, teaching background and more).

After your first session, we'll follow up with your tutor, discuss how many hours of tutoring you need, and will send you your custom tutoring package proposal. Your package proposal will detail the precise number of tutoring hours needed, your package discount, and the number of installments in your tutoring package. Installments are paid each month over the course of your tutoring.
